The minimum investment amount is $300, which qualifies you for our Limited Plan. There is no fixed upper limit — our Premium (VIP) Plan accommodates investments of $40,000 and above. We encourage all new investors to start with an amount they are comfortable with and scale up as they grow confident in the platform.

ApexPulseFX charges zero fees on deposits, withdrawals, and active investments. We believe in full transparency — the return percentages shown on our plans are exactly what you earn, with no hidden deductions. Please note that standard blockchain network fees (gas fees) may apply depending on the cryptocurrency and network used.

Withdrawals are available after your investment plan completes its active duration. Following plan completion, a standard 10-day processing window applies before funds are released to your wallet. To initiate a withdrawal, log in to your dashboard, navigate to the Withdrawal section, and enter your wallet address. Funds are sent directly to your crypto wallet.

The return rates advertised for each plan are locked in at the time of your investment. They will not change during your active investment cycle. ApexPulseFX will always provide advance notice through official announcements and email notifications before any rate adjustments take effect on new investments.

Our referral program rewards you for growing the ApexPulseFX community. For every friend or family member who registers and makes a qualifying investment using your unique referral link, you earn a 15% referral bonus on their deposited amount. Referral earnings are credited to your dashboard and can be reinvested or withdrawn according to our standard withdrawal terms.

A crypto wallet is required to deposit and receive funds on ApexPulseFX. You can create one easily by downloading a reputable wallet app such as Trust Wallet, MetaMask, or Coinbase Wallet on your mobile device or desktop. Your wallet address is generated automatically upon setup. Ensure you use the correct network address that matches the cryptocurrency you intend to transact with.

An "invalid address" error typically occurs when the wallet address you entered does not match the blockchain network selected for the transaction. For example, sending Bitcoin (BTC) to an Ethereum (ETH) address will trigger this error. Always double-check that your wallet address and the selected network are compatible before confirming any transaction.

Blockchain confirmation times vary depending on the network and current traffic. In most cases, transactions are confirmed within 5 minutes to 2 hours. During periods of high network congestion, this may take slightly longer. You can track your transaction status in real time using the transaction hash (TXID) on a blockchain explorer such as Blockchair or Etherscan.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature of blockchain technology. If you have sent funds to an incorrect address, please contact our support team immediately at support@apexpulsefx.org with your transaction hash and full details. While recovery of funds sent to an external wrong address cannot be guaranteed, our team will do everything possible to assist you and investigate the issue promptly.
